GE Commercial Property Services (GECP) was set up by Greville English BSc FRICS in 2009 to provide a personal property service to the fuel retailing and motor trade industry.
Greville has over 40 years wide experience in the property sector both in the UK and Southern Africa. He has worked for both international and region private practices and international corporate companies.
His work experience covers valuations for a variety of purposes, site search and acquisitions, disposals, lettings, rent reviews, asset management and strategic property advice.
Prior to establishing GECP Greville worked as a Director of Stiles Harold Williams for 20 years initially in the industrial agency division before setting up their Motor Trade and Roadside Division specialising in the petrol station and car dealership sectors.
Early Commercial Property experiences included
- 7 years a Real Estate Manager for Texaco managing a portfolio of 220 sites including petrol stations, car dealerships, oil depots and workshops
- 4 years with Dunlop Heywood Walker Richard Ellis valuing a wide variety of properties throughout Southern Africa including gold mines, factories, orchards, brickworks, hotels and casinos.
- 2 years with Edward Erdman valuing properties throughout England.
Greville has been focusing and specialising on the fuel retailing and car dealership industries for over 30 years during which time he has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience of these markets and a network of contacts.
GECP was set up as an independent practice with the emphasis on providing a personal service to help clients make the best use of their property assets.
To assist in this process and to provide the widest possible range of services GECP also acts as Consultants to niche fuel retailing and dealership practice Barbar Wadlow and regional Surveyors Stiles Harold Williams.
